All our Hotel rooms are located on the north side of the building. These units are perfect for economy – minded travelers, short stays ( 3 night minimum stay), and for those on the go who are mostly interested in Mana Kai Maui’s pristine beachfront property. (Note: Hotel rooms do not have a private lanai/balcony—a feature of the the one- and two-bedroom condominiums.)

Our 1 bedroom, 1 bath condominium Ali’i Ocean View condominium rooms are newly renovated and remodeled with new, contemporary furniture and accented with Hawaiian artworks. All feature private lanai (balcony) with fabulous million dollars views of the mile-long sandy beach of Keawakapu and sparking blue Pacific. All Mana Kai Ali‘i class condos are air conditioned, have quartz stone kitchen/bathroom counter tops, slate/stainless steel appliances, USB port on the night stand table, and most have converted to shower stalls.
