* Only bookings completing a full 5 consecutive night stay in our one or two bedroom condos will be eligible for the free night.  When booking online you will see the full rate for all nights. The 5th night Free is applied prior to arrival.   Subject to availability.   Offer valid for stays at the Mana Kai Maui from April 1, 2010 through December 20, 2010.

* Only bookings in the Hotel room  will be eligible for 30% discount.  When booking online you will see the full rate for all nights. The 30% discount on Hotel rooms is applied prior to arrival.   Subject to availability.   Offer valid on new bookings only for stays at the Mana Kai Maui through December 20, 2010.

Free offer is valid for the same room type only.   Free offer is for room rate only and does not include resort/service fees, food and beverage, taxes, gratuities or incidental charges.  Advance booking required.  Free night and credit and discount offers are not transferable or redeemable for cash, and cannot be used during future stays. Offer not valid in conjunction with previously booked or held rooms or group bookings.  Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Mana Kai Maui reserves the right to alter or withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
